Psalms to Help You Sleep: Psalm 69

If you’re feeling overwhelmed tonight—like the weight of your thoughts is pulling you under—this Psalm is for you. In Psalm 69, we hear the cry of someone drowning in sorrow, misunderstood and weary, yet still reaching for God. This is a prayer for the nights when emotions feel too heavy to carry alone. As you listen, may you find comfort in knowing that God hears every cry—and stays near, even in the deepest waters.
