Psalms to Help You Sleep: Psalm 63
Seeking God in the wilderness – David does not seek water, or relief, or a way out of the wilderness, but he seeks God. As we meditate on this psalm tonight we could talk about many things. This psalm is rich in theological truth – so powerful and comforting!Â

The well of this psalm runs deep, with truths so profound I want to touch on each one, but end tonight’s devotion with what I think is the most comforting thought for us at night.

If you struggle to fall asleep at night or go through your day fighting anxiety and depression pull up a chair. Psalms is a book that gives us permission to feel but also to hear God’s voice.
